Job Purpose

As a Community Customer Accounts Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate billing and maintaining up-to-date client payment records. You’ll act as a liaison between the finance team, community managers, and our valued residents to manage invoices, payments, and collection activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate cost accounting and billing.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for operations maintenance fees of resorts and compounds.
  • Monitor and follow up on past-due invoices in coordination with the Accounts Receivable function.
  • Verify billing data accuracy and correct any errors before sending invoices to customers.
  • Conduct professional outbound collection calls while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and meet customers to address billing inquiries.
  • Resolve invoicing issues promptly and distribute invoices via email, mail, or coordination with the Customer Service team.
  • Maintain and update customer files, including payment records and contact history.
  • Analyze expenses and cost transactions to ensure accurate assignment to cost centers.
  • Generate regular and on-demand reports for management review.


Job Requirements

Educational Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Functional Skills:

  • Dedication to professional collections practices.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets and productivity software.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
