- Assess and evaluate the nutritional needs of patients in inpatient and Critical Units settings.
- Develop and implement personalized dietary plans tailored to individual health conditions, including chronic diseases, allergies, and metabolic disorders.
- Collaborate with medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated patient care.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating habits, disease management through diet, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress, track outcomes, and adjust dietary recommendations as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Home Economics, or a related field.3 : 5 years of experience as a dietitian, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organizations. In-depth knowledge of clinical nutrition, medical conditions, and dietary interventions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
