Recruitment Specialist

  1. Develop and execute sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, social media, and various recruitment platforms.
  2. Screen CVs and applications, conduct phone call interviews, conduct first interviews, and create various pools for candidates to make the selection process easier.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and HR manager.
  4. Manage the recruitment database and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses.
  5. Send rejection messages and job offers as the company policies.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to optimize hiring processes.
  8. Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality of hire, and suggest improvements.

At least (1) year of experience in the Recruitment function.HR Diploma/Courses is a must.Educational industry background is a plus.Excellent communication skills.Excellent knowledge of the recruitment cycle process.Ability to conduct CBI interviews.Attention to detail.Flexibility.Work conditions:5 working days.8 working hours (10:00 AM: 06:00 PM).Social and medical insurance.Career development opportunities.
