- Develop and execute sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, social media, and various recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and applications, conduct phone call interviews, conduct first interviews, and create various pools for candidates to make the selection process easier.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and HR manager.
- Manage the recruitment database and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses.
- Send rejection messages and job offers as the company policies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to optimize hiring processes.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality of hire, and suggest improvements.
