Role Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at our Cairo office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of working with Construction And Finishing companies. This role requires a dynamic individual who is fluent in English and has a passion for travel and developing strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and prospects within the target market Cairo – North Coast – Alexandria .
- Attend tenders and follow up on the technical and financial offers preparation and delivery.
- Coordinate sales activities such as customer visits and presentations.
- Meet targets for lead follow-ups, prospecting, and sales revenue.
- Develop and execute plans to find new business opportunities and boost sales and market share.
- Generate new leads and follow up on them to keep our sales pipeline full.
- Present our services attractively and teach potential clients about what we offer.
- Communicate with key decision-makers and stakeholders through calls, emails, and other professional networking platforms.
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients and prepare sales proposals.
- Keep track of sales interactions and continuously follow up with potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales with new clients.
- Research client needs, industry trends, competitors, and overall market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Meet the financial goals set for each quarter.
Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Fine Arts/Interior Design/ Engineering.Previous experience in Constructions – Finishing Field is a must.Have Existing Contact and relationship with Developers & Brokers . Own a Car is Preferred . Positive and enthusiastic. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
