Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Sales Representative with a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in web and application development services. The ideal candidate will excel in cold outreach, lead generation, and effectively navigating the sales cycle to close deals. This role is remote, but occasional client meetings (in-person) may be required for introductions or deal closures.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Present and pitch ProAladdin’s web and app development services effectively to decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical and marketing teams) to ensure alignment on client needs.
  • Attend in-person client meetings as needed for introductions or deal finalization.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and share insights with management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Web & Application Development Services experience is a must Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in web and application development services.Strong expertise in cold outreach and lead generation.Familiarity with the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Flexibility to attend in-person client meetings when required.Proficiency in sales reporting and performance tracking.
