The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various positions in manufacturing company in Alexandria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct screening/ validation interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Manage candidate databases and keep track of applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain reports and keep records of all recruitment activities.
- Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree.Extensive experience in recruitment, with 4 to 7 years of experience.Skilled in headhunting and identifying top talent.Previous experience as a freelance recruiter is preferred.Manufacturing industry background is advantageous.Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets.
