Talent Management Specialist

  • Posting job vacancies on various platforms and ensuring alignment with job descriptions and organizational requirements.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
  • Conduct Competency-Based Interviews (CBI), and support the recruitment team in follow-up communications.
  • Help track and collect employee performance data to support the implementation of KPI frameworks.
  • Maintain records for performance appraisals and ensure timely submission of relevant documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and update the HR information system (HRIS) regularly.
  • Create and update job descriptions (JDs) by conducting initial research.
  • Assist in conducting job analysis through employee surveys and interviews as needed.
  • Provide administrative support in designing workflows to improve efficiency in HR operations.
  • Assist in documenting HR processes and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Proven work experience as Talent Management Specialist or similar roleExperience with performance management proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBSc in Business Administration or relevant fieldAdditional certification in Human Resources is a plus
