- Design, optimize, and monitor injection molding processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot molding defects and process issues.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of molded parts.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of products.
- Conduct mold trials and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain equipment and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out.
- Train and support operators on proper injection molding techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports on production processes and issues.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in injection molding and production engineering.Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tools, and techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
