The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for all centralized tasks concerning GB Auto Fleet (License processes and Maintenance Processes).
- Track the vehicles which will be for sale.
- Track the fleet expenses variance between Oracle & Actual.
- Follow up Fleet expenses (YAGO, MAGO & YTD).
- Follow up the Fleet insurance policies with supply chain.
- Update the Fleet database.
- Manage the license plan for all GB Auto Fleet.
- Create the working plan for the officers.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce.
- Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree Special Certification or Training Required:Required Industry Experience: 5 years of experience Technological Requirements: Oracle and MS office Language Requirements: Excellent command of English
