- Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and final finished fish feed, including physical, chemical, and microbiological tests.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely laboratory records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and laboratory efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality control and laboratory analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control laboratory environment, preferably in the food or feed industry.Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including wet chemistry, instrumental analysis, and microbiological testing.Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
