- Confirm orders on social media sites (other than Amazon, Jumia, etc.) and communicate with customers to confirm the order and update the website status.
- Manage the online product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for search engines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and implement best practices.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute online promotions and campaigns.
- Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics.
- Providing information about products and services, including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status.
- Providing regular analysis for online performance and sales.
- Responsible for the order-to-cash cycle.
- Coordinating with the accounting department for invoices and payments.
- Provide support to the marketing and warehouse.
- Monitor inventory and stocks.
- Providing troubleshooting issues with various e-commerce platforms such as Jumia, Noon etc.
- Processing orders, including collecting shipping information and processing payment.
- Handling returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases.
3-5 years of experience.Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce), payment gateways, and the logistics of e-commerce operations.
