Senior HSE Specialist

  1. Risk assessment for all processes and departments and determine the measurements and control with the department managers 
  2. Doing the environmental aspect and required controls and sharing it with departments manager 
  3. Follow up the daily implementation of the existing controls according to risk assessment and the environmental aspects during the work 
  4. Periodic violation reports of HSE systems and the corrective action to HSE manager and line head.
  5. Doing the near miss reports and participate in investigation and corrective action with HSE manager and Head line 
  6. Record the accidents reports and participate in investigation to determine the root cause and follow up implementation of the corrective action to prevent reoccurrence 
  7. Daily site tour and quickly action with hazard work cases before cause accidents 
  8. Daily self-inspection reports to line head and HSE manager and participate in the internal audit 
  9. Follow up the production lines pre the external audits and check all requirements is applied 
  10. Doing and follow up the hot and cold work permits and assure all controls are implemented to prevent accidents
  11. Participate and implement the emergency plans and doing the periodic drills and quickly response for any emergency case 
  12. Periodic check for the emergency preparedness are effective and good and ready to use 
  13. Supervision of the safety operators and check all forms all applied periodically according HSE requirements and filling the HSE reports 
  14. Daily and periodic awareness for all operators on the line and ding on job training according training plan and legal and global standards 
  15. Implement and fulfill the records and forms for legal and ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and BRC according the HSE manager instructions 
  16. Participate in collect the require data of the environmental records and hazardous records and fulfill the required forms according the HSE manager instruction

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:BSc/BA in Science or engineering degree.Minimum 4 - 7 years experience in similar IndustryTechnical and Behavioral SkillsIn-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and proceduresKnowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practicesExperience in writing reports and policies for health and safetyFamiliarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statisticsProficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plusOutstanding organizational skillsDiligent with great attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topicsFollow-up implementation of emergency response and preparedness procedures and implementation of instructionsParticipate in corrective / preventive business report on non-compliance   Matching.Write a report immediately after an accident about its causes and losses and the required procedures to avoid it in the future.
