We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at [MAFG]. You will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities in our manufacturing plant, ensuring equipment efficiency and availability, and implementing the highest quality and safety standards.

* Oversee and direct the maintenance team.

* Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

* Troubleshoot technical issues promptly.

* Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

* Manage the maintenance budget.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

* Minimum [15 to 20 ] years of experience in equipment maintenance in the food industry.

* In-depth knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.

* Excellent leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
