Production management:
- Oversee daily operations of the production section to ensure efficient production of high-quality products As per customer specifications.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet production targets, ensuring optimal use of resources such as materials, machines, and labor.
- Ensure production runs smoothly, aligning with agreed production timelines, and work closely with the planning department for timely deliveries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of operations.

Quality & Food Safety Compliance
- Ensure that all production activities comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000- FSSC, Halal).
- Collaborate with the quality assurance department to implement, monitor, and maintain high-quality standards in products.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment, products, and personnel meet food safety and hygiene regulations.

Team Leadership & Safety
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of operators and technicians in the production section to achieve performance goals.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to workplace safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety training and awareness programs for team members, focusing on occupational safety and equipment handling.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local safety laws) and promptly address any safety hazards.

Cross-functional Communication
- Act as the main point of contact between the production section and other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Planning.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure smooth coordination between production activities and other business functions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to production.
