Location: Sheraton

Working hours: 8:30 to 5:30

Days off: Fri. & Sat.

Responsibilities:

She will be responsible for:

- Recruitment and Onboarding:

 - Manage the recruitment and selection process.

 - Conduct interviews and select qualified candidates.

 - Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees.


- Employee Relations:

She will be responsible for:

 - Address and resolve employee grievances.

 - Promote HR initiatives that create an engaging workplace.

 - Advise management on employee relations and performance management issues.


- Compliance and Policy Management:

She will be responsible for:

 - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and legal requirements.

 - Maintain employee records and HR databases.

 - Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.


- Performance Management:

She will be responsible for:

 - Implement performance review procedures.

 - Support managers in developing and managing employee performance plans.

 - Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.


- Training and Development:

She will be responsible for:

 - Identify training needs and develop training programs.

 - Organize and facilitate professional development sessions.

 - Monitor training program effectiveness.


- Compensation and Benefits:

She will be responsible for:

 - Oversee compensation and benefits administration.

 - Conduct salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.

 - Manage employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication.


 Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
