Primary Responsibility
This person will be involved in coordination of production planning and purchasing packaging and raw materials to ensure on time production and deliveries to customers.
- Place orders for raw materials and packaging based on demand and sourcing strategy & responsible for following up the order confirmation, shipping schedules.
- Plan production based on demand and forecast and capacity
- Participate in ad hoc projects
- Achievement of KPI inline with Supply Chain targets, including working capital and SIFOT
- Usage of SAP process and platforms (GIB etc)
ACCOUNTABILITY
Cooperation with S&OP, customer service, quality control, sourcing, production and R&D team as well as internal logistics.
Minimum Requirements
- Finished Apprenticeship, ideally business administration or supply chain management
- Min. 2- 5 years job experience in production, production planning department in industrial environment
- Language skills: English fluently spoken and in writing, other language is a plus
- Computer skills: familiar with ERP system SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure
- Personal skills: Customer focused, team player, fast learner, open minded.
