Sales Manager- Real Estate


•Lead and manage a sales team, providing leadership, training, and coaching.
•Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organisational goals and revenue targets.
•Set individual sales targets for team members.
•Track, analyze, and report on sales figures.
•Ensure the sales team has the resources needed for optimal performance.
•Plan and conduct sales team training sessions.
•Possess strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
•Excellent skills in mentoring, coaching, and managing people.
•Communicate effectively with other departments to get all cross functional tasks done on time.
 


Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.Experience in sales above 8 Years and at least 3 years as a managerExperience in real estate is a mustExperience in Brokerage.Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
