* Quality Control: Ensure work is completed to specifications and adhere to safety standards.
* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
* Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
* Compliance: Ensure all work complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Bachelor's degree in Electric or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.* Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.* Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.* Excellent leadership and communication skills.* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
