Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, national, and company regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and ensure the availability of safety equipment and protective gear.
- Provide training programs for employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop site-specific safety plans.
- Supervise and ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems.
- Create and maintain documentation of safety performance metrics, risk assessments, and compliance records.
- Stay updated on new safety regulations and standards and ensure their application on projects.
- Coordinate and manage emergency response plans, including drills and evacuation procedures.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of environmental safety standards and industry best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
- Proficiency in report writing and using safety management software/tools.
