Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role.Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics) and experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.Experience in customer and market research, data collection, and management.Knowledge of marketing metrics and ability to track performance across various channels.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
