Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator to join our team. This dynamic role combines HR management, office administration, and office management duties. You will ensure smooth operations, compliance with company policies, and maintain a productive and employee-friendly workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties:
- Maintain and organize employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Manage employee benefits such as medical insurance, training plans, and other perks.
- Oversee salary structures, expense reimbursements, and leave records.
- Implement and enforce company policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and ASSET’s Code of Conduct.
- Support the recruitment process, including onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Promote a healthy workplace culture aligned with ASSET's values of integrity and collaboration.
Administrative Duties:
- Ensure company documentation, licenses, and legal registrations are always valid and up-to-date.
- Prepare reports and statistics to assist management in decision-making.
- Coordinate office activities, including handling suppliers and external service providers.
- Book events venues, business trips, training rooms, and other related services.
- Manage training schedules and logistics for employee development programs.
Office Management Duties:
- Oversee the office’s facilities, amenities, and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Manage the company cars pool.
- When needed, act as a liaison between employees and management for operational needs.
- Supervise office safety protocols and ensure compliance with ASSET’s HSE Policy.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesDegree in Human Resources or related field
