1-Supervise the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
2-Conduct market analyses to benchmark compensation and benefits programs against industry standards and recommend adjustments as needed.
3-Manage and track the budget for total rewards programs, ensuring that all initiatives stay within financial parameters while still achieving organizational goals.
4-Provide analysis and recommendations on cost-saving measures or improvements in the rewards programs.
5-Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure alignment between performance reviews, compensation, and career development opportunities.
6-Oversee the development and administration of performance management systems, ensuring they align with total rewards and business goals.
7-Lead and manage key projects related to total rewards, including system implementations, program changes, and new benefit offerings.
8-Lead and manage a team of payroll specialist, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
9-Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, including payroll taxes, and handle the remittance of withholding taxes.
Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Certification in compensation or benefits (such as CCP, CBP) is preferred.Experience:5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Experience working with compensation software, benefits management systems, and HRIS platforms.
