- Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled candidates
- Search for candidates through social media, job boards, and career fairs.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates based on required skills and experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human recourses field .- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.- Experience in developing HR policies.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
