Job Brief:
A mid-level Account Executive is a professional with 2-5 years of experience in managing
client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. They play a crucial role in
managing client accounts autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to
achieve organizational objectives. The Account Executive is expected to deliver exceptional
client experiences, support event-related activities, and contribute to the company's business
growth through effective communication, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management
 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and
exceeded.
 Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth.
 Strategize and execute plans to achieve and exceed client goals and expectations.
Event Support & Logistics
 Accompany the Operations Manager to internal and external events to support client-focused
objectives.
 Assist with event planning, including logistical and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless client
engagement.
 Maintain accurate records of client-related bookings, venues, and payments.
Event Setup & Execution
 Oversee event setup and dismantling, ensuring client deliverables are met efficiently.
 Ensure timely delivery and quality control of branded materials for client-facing events.
Creative & Promotional Activities
 Collaborate with creative teams to enhance event and campaign outcomes, aligning with client
objectives.
 Promote events across digital platforms, driving client visibility and engagement.

Communication & Reporting

 Participate in client and internal meetings, ensuring clear and actionable communication.
 Provide regular updates on client projects, including daily task updates, weekly progress reports,
and post-event achievements.
Strategic Contributions
 Contribute to the development of annual roadmaps and business cases for client projects.
 Identify and secure sponsorships in line with ROI and KPI objectives for client campaigns.
 Uphold and enhance the company's brand image through all client interactions.
Cross-Departmental Support
 Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful execution of client projects.


Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in account management or event management (2-5 years).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Commercial acumen and client-focused mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
