- Conduct day to day monitoring and observation to the team and give guidance to the subordinates.
- Observe teachers, conduct post-observation discussions.
- Document the observations and report the teachers ’performance to the Manager.
- Create and execute extra activities for the students.
- Help, develop and coach new teachers in planning and preparing their lessons.
- Set professional development plans with the teachers.
- Prepare and deliver training workshops to the teachers.
- Deal technically and ethically with the complaints of the students and the teachers.
Bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in English (or equivalent).Minimum 4 years’ experience as an English Instructor for kids and teens, preferably within a similar environment.CELTA Certificate or educational background is preferred.Creative & Analytical thinking.Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
