- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Post Job AD on various recruitment channels to source qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional events.
- Screen resumes and Conduct initial phone screens or in-person interviews to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and fit for our company culture.
- Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
- Implement training and development plans
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Bachelor's degree5-7 years of experience in same positionProven work experience as HR Specialist.Very good cross-culture skills.Ability to interview employees to understand their needs and how we can improve our organizational structure.
