Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s products and services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value of the company's offerings to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and generate new leads and sales opportunities within the assigned market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Understand customers' needs, and tailor product or service offerings to match these needs, providing customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing assistance and recommendations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
