Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you'll work within the HR department to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Specify job titles and roles for hiring based on the business needs.
  • Determine selection criteria for the role.
  • Screening, initial interviews and selecting candidates from entry level to senior level ensuring the right fit for the position is hired.
  • Plan interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews/ online interviews.
  • Lead the company's HR branding initiatives.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions to ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up to date.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and present interesting prospective talent to management for potential acquisition.
  • Work in conjunction with line managers to ensure an adequate understanding of their needs and the requirements and expectations of the required calibre.

3 to 5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Proven Expertise in Talent Sourcing and Headhunting.Strong understanding of various recruitment channels, tools and systems.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.Excellent (native level) command of English.Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.Flexibility and sense of ownership.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with the different applications within the Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.
