• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to compliance activities.
• Support the preparation of reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Provide training regarding regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or law field.• 1-2 years of experience in regulatory compliance.• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the microfinance industry.• Strong communication skills.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Analytical skills.• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.• Good English both spoken and written
