Telesales Executive

Role Overview:

The Tele-Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth for our USA operations by generating leads, conducting sales calls, and closing deals. The role demands excellent English proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients through databases, online research, and leads provided.
  2. Conduct outbound calls to prospects, introducing the company's services and value propositions.
  3. Make at least 50 calls daily to prospective clients in the USA market.
  4. Present, promote, and sell services, answering questions and addressing client objections effectively.
  5. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain strong engagement.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals.
  7. Handle negotiations, provide quotes, and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
  8. Work closely with the Business Development team to strategize outreach efforts.
  9. Report daily performance and feedback to the manager for process improvement.
  10. Accurately document all client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  11. Maintain an updated and organized client database.
  12. Gather client feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales, sales, or customer service roles.Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a remote or international setting.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo) is a plus.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
