Sales Supervisor

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales agents to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales agents on GDS, online reservation systems, and sales techniques.
  • Keep the team updated on new products, services, and industry trends.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to sales agents to improve their skills and performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and create personalized development plans for team members.

 


 Proven ability to work in a laboratory for long periods of timeKnowledge and understanding of data scienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to travel overnight and to work night and weekend shifts for special projectsRelevant training and/or certifications as a Food Scientist
