About the role:

We are seeking a talented Senior Frontend Engineer / UI UX Designer to join our team with at least 8 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. 

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home, with the potential for occasional international travel, you will combine your technical skills in frontend development with your creative expertise in UI/UX design to craft exceptional user experiences. 

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design and implement seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development:

·        Build, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies (React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).

·        Write clean, scalable, and reusable code with a focus on performance and cross-browser compatibility.

·        Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.

UI/UX Design:

·        Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces based on user needs and business goals.

·        Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

·        Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs for optimal user experience.

Collaboration & Leadership:

·        Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and designs.

·        Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for frontend and design work.

Skills and Qualifications

Frontend Expertise:

·        Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

UI/UX Design Skills:

·        Advanced skills in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

·        A strong portfolio showcasing responsive design and user-centric solutions.

·        Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern design principles.

General Requirements:

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Strong communication and teamwork skills.

·        Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
