We’re looking for a business developer with excellent interpersonal skills and have a previous experience in graphic design/advertising filed and Startups growth concept to actively seek out and engage new customer prospects.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell corporate graphic design services.
- Create new opportunities, with the new customers.
- Gather market and client information.
- Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Plan, write & create business proposals for potential leads
- Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings and through web-mail applications.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Attending conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Share in brainstorming sessions in developing concepts and designs.
- Deliver tasks on time to the client as per the received brief.
- Act as final quality assurance step before final deliveries to clients.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
- Prepare daily and post-project reports, and relevant workflow documents.
