- Extensive experience and expertise in preparing consolidated financial statements for the group.
- Preparation of proforma consolidated financial statements using various management scenarios.
- Develop and monitor robust accounting systems to ensure:
- Efficient receivables management.
- Timely payables and collection processes.
- Accurate design and implementation of costing systems.
- Proper management of fixed assets and payroll.
- Perform Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis for all subsidiaries in the group.
- Prepare and present timely and accurate management reports.
- Review and analyze all accounts reconciliations and adjustments across the group.
- Oversee overall accounting and financial management requirements, including AR, AP, GL, banks, and cash balances.
- Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and local government regulations.
- Resolve accounting issues and challenges across all subsidiaries.
- Coordinate and complete annual and interim audits with external auditors for all group subsidiaries.
- Conduct periodic audits of budgets and business plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the operations of the finance department by setting clear goals, objectives, and frameworks.
- Develop, communicate, and administer performance appraisals, training, and development plans for the finance team.
- Discuss team and financial performance with finance staff on a monthly basis.
- Review and monitor the implementation of effective internal control systems.
- Ensure adherence to all internal financial policies and procedures.
- Support the General Manager and CFO in achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
- Create strategic business plans based on the company's financial status and forecasts.
- Support the planning and forecasting processes by providing actionable insights.
- Verify the accuracy of financial reports and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to the management team.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential).Professional certifications such as CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable.At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, with a focus on group or multi-subsidiary operations.Proven track record in preparing consolidated financial statements and financial reporting.Extensive experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning
