The Logistics Officer and Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for managing the transportation and delivery of products, coordinating supplies for stores and events, and ensuring accurate data input for all logistical activities. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient supply chain operations.
Order ManagementInput online customer order details into the delivery companies’ portals.Monitor and follow up on the status of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.Address any delays or issues with delivery companies and provide updates to customers when needed.Store RestockingPrepare and dispatch restock supplies for physical stores, ensuring timely delivery to maintain inventory levels.Track inventory movement and update records to avoid shortages or overstocking.Pop-Up Stores and EventsCoordinate the delivery of supplies to pop-up stores and private events.Organize the return of unsold items or unused supplies back to inventory.Ensure all logistical needs for events are met, including timelines and special requirements.Transportation ManagementPlan and organize transportation for goods from suppliers to the company’s warehouse or other locations.Ensure the safe and efficient transport of materials, tracking shipments and resolving any issues that arise.Data Entry and DocumentationAccurately input and maintain records of shipments, deliveries, and stock movements in the company’s database.Generate reports on logistics operations, including delivery performance and inventory movement.Ensure all documentation, such as invoices and shipping manifests, is correctly processed and filed.
