Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships within existing large accounts and new divisions, locations, and customers
- Generate new leads by digital tools, phone, customer visits, and events
- Conduct regular clients’ visits and calls, understand the client's IT environment comprehensively to identify and close new sales deals
- Prospect, build a pipeline and move opportunities through the sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with Application Engineering, Technical Marketing, and peer sales teams
- Document and report sales activities using the CRM tool
- Maintain strong knowledge of new products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to be able to properly present them and successfully obtain related business opportunities.
- Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meet business goals based on client discussions.
- Attain monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals
- Expand Dynamics Link’s market presence and reputation within the territory
Experience in software companies is a MustExperience managing large account portfolios.Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Highly organized and solution-oriented.Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fieldLead Generation and Communication skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationships
