- Review and coordinate all engineering design submissions from contractors, as well as supervise the site.
• Review technical estimates, design plans, and materials submitted by contractors.
• Coordinate with a team of section heads and multidisciplinary engineers.
• Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with the team and supervisors.
• Attend progress and technical meetings to discuss or propose technical solutions.
• Facilitate coordination between construction teams and engineering contractors to ensure clear communication and delivery of requirements.
• Oversee the technical office team in technical and administrative matters.
• Supervise the review and approval of construction drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Continuously review the contractor’s schedule during site operations.
• Review contractor submittals (drawings, designs, and materials) to ensure they meet contract and project requirements.
• Support the review of contractor invoices when technical assistance is required.
• Maintain well-organized and detailed project records.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience in a Technical Office role.Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
