Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project management operations within the hospital.

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Implement strategic project management methodologies to improve efficiency.

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Track project performance and report on project success metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

2-5 years of experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.
