  • Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at Mr. Tailor in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store operations, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and overseeing store communication and service.

 

  • Qualifications
    Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service skills
    Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
    Strong organizational and leadership abilities
    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
    Knowledge of retail systems and inventory management
    Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
