Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth within the hotel and restaurant sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, focusing on generating leads and increasing brand awareness in the hospitality industry.
- Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines (SEO), user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Drive organic traffic growth by using on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Develop a content calendar, create posts, and monitor social media engagement to build a strong online community.
- Lead content creation, including blogs, videos, and case studies, showcasing the company's products, services, and industry expertise.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and relevant to the needs of our target audience.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotions.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline communication and increase customer retention.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and report on the performance of digital campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Enhance the company’s online reputation by monitoring reviews, responding to customer inquiries, and managing online listings.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B or B2C marketing within the hospitality, restaurant, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of website management, UX/UI, and CRO best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proven track record of driving online traffic and generating leads through digital channels.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
