Job Purpose
To acquire & monitor relevant outdoor locations all over the country.
Communicating and highlighting the distinct company features that differentiates it from competitors in order to improve company image on both external & internal levels, (to current and potential candidates).
Report To Position Name
-Following up on designs to be delivered to print house on time and ensuring timely printing and installation of messages.
-Continual monitoring of outdoor campaigns to reduce the outdoors damage percentage through speedy maintenance to ensure cost control and reduction and enhance Etisalat’s image. Creating PR’s on system and follow by sending approved PO’s to supplier and all documents for paymentImplementing outdoors activities in events and deals involving Etisalat for aiding sales and market branding purposes.
-Handling and follow up on administrative documents (Contracts, memos, P.O’s, PR’s, Oracle, etc.)
-Communication of company as a brand internally and externally.
-Develop and project Etisalat employee value proposition
-Partnering with Talent Acquisition & Hiring Team to develop strong sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
-All HR events management communication.
-Act as a key person between HR, Marcom, Internal Com and agencies
-Developing briefs for HR events and activations
-Conceptualizing events themes and managing events staff
-Plan, coordinate and execute events and activations (site selection, material, logistics, etc..)
-Continuous production of new content for online and offline platforms (including employee pics, articles, posts, blogs, etc..)
-Implement Brand guidelines, Look & Feel across all events and communications
-Working on administrative documents (Contracts, memos, P.O’s and payments etc.) with HR Contracts, Procurement and Finance teams
-Recommend proposed ideas and innovative methods to manager.
- Regular contact with the marketing communication team regarding designs for employer branding content.
-Selecting and recommending the best agencies to meet quality of work and deadlines
- Reviewing and monitoring the quality of content
-Understanding the brand guidelines and positioning well to implement the campaign in a proper way
-Managing daily tasks
