Job Description
1- Providing operational management and direction to all staff within the OD function
2- Work with TOP Management, technical managers, and other key stakeholders on the development
3- Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and on time, Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, Maintain payroll records and prepare reports as required.
4- Manager and update compensation and benefit plans
5- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
6- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
7- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
8- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
9- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
10- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
11- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
