We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Russian-speaking agent to provide personalised assistance to Russian travellers visiting Egypt. This role involves ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients by assisting with airport procedures, translating, and helping with various requests during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation to and from accommodations.
- Meet and greet travellers at the airport.
- Provide verbal and written translation between Russian and Arabic/English.
- Assist with communication at hotels, restaurants, shops, and other establishments.
- Address and fulfill client requests, such as booking excursions, arranging transportation, or recommending local attractions.
- Handle unexpected situations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide solutions for logistical challenges or special requests.
Fluency in Russian (native level) and Arabic/English (proficient).Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, tourism, or personal assistance.Previous experience working with international clients is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as per client needs.Ability to adapt to changing client schedules and priorities.Familiarity with Egyptian culture, geography, and popular tourist destinations.Understanding of travel logistics and tourism-related services.Proficiency in using smartphones, translation apps, and online booking tools.Friendly, professional, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with personal matters of clients.
