Training & Development 

  • Prepares annual training budget & RP Reviews for ALX plant 
  • Conducts Training needs analysis meetings (TNA) with departments’ managers & heads to identify the gaps between an employee’s skills and the skills needed to perform the job effectively.
  • Implements the annual individual development training plan (IDPs) conducted by external & internal providers, ensuring that it corresponds to company needs.
  • Sends Training invitations & communicates to training participants the training schedule, topics, venue…etc and the possible necessary documents they might have to present.

Talent Acquisition 

  • Upon HR Director’s approval, fulfils the annual manpower & staffing needs up to mid-level roles ensuring that short-listed candidates meet company standards and role requirements.  
  • Manages the full cycle of recruitment process & procedures, including screening CVs & phone interviews, and face to face interviews.
  • Interview & shortlist candidates based on required criteria and arranges for the technical interview with line managers and further final interviews (If needed)
  • Manages new hires Pre-arrangements process with Administration & IT departments to ensure smooth transition into the workplace. 

Events 

Manages BU corporate events in coordination with the related departments & stakeholders.

  • Employment Fairs  
    • Manages and organize employment fairs arrangements (Branding materials, giveaways, booklet, open vacancies, flyers….etc.)
    • Collects the plants open vacancies with all the required details and applicants’ criteria & job accountabilities
    • Shares and aligns with the HRBLs all employment fairs information, details, arrangements and needed participants.
  • Annual Internship

Runs the Annual Summer Internship Program by communicating with the departments heads to collect the department’s  needs, approaching interested interns from market, conducting interviews to select the interns, conduct orientations, plant induction set schedule and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions

  • Contributes in designing the annual Internship structure for all locations for standardization. 
  • Designs & delivers Soft Skills internal training session for interns.   
  • Follows- up continuously on both; interns and their direct supervisors to ensure mutual knowledge transfer.
  • Coaches & guides the interns on how to be effective in workplace.
  • Manage interns, allowances, certification and arrange the graduation ceremony at the end of internship program with the attendance of the direct supervisors and senior management.

Participates or leads ad-hoc projects that may go beyond his/hers formal accountabilities, so as to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.


BSc in any discipline  Human Resources postgraduate degree is an asset5-7 years in a Training & Development position within the Human Resources department of a well-established multinational company.Solid hands-on experience in developing and implementing training programsStrong hands-on experience in recruitment & selection process Effective communication and interpersonal skillsOrganization & follow up skillsEffective team playerVery good command of English languagePC literacy
