Line Manager

Job Summary:

The Line Manager is responsible for managing and directing the sales force within a designated geographical region. This includes ensuring that sales targets are met, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products. The District Manager works closely with the sales team to improve performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth in the district.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, vet or science .
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or district management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including products, competitors, and regulatory issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned district.
