Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main Objective:

  • Responsible for posting job applications, reading resumes, screening candidates, and setting up interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the job posts and postings on the company website as well as other relevant sites/ channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
  • Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties with the processing of new hires for a company.
  • Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
  • Tracking open positions and Managing the resume through recruiting database.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings, and Schedule HR interviews.
  • Communicating with candidates and conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

What you should have!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience as talent acquisition specialist, specializing in technical and non-technical roles.
