We are expanding our team and seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to spearhead marketing initiatives and drive brand growth in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Product Activation & Launches: Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful product activation campaigns and new product launches to maximize market penetration.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Content Creation: Design compelling marketing content, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and website updates, to communicate brand value effectively.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor strategies, providing actionable insights for marketing efforts.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and collaborations to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to expand brand reach.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, production, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or the food and beverage industry.Strong expertise in product activation and launch campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.Exceptional creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persuasive approach.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.Passion for the chocolate industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in luxury and lifestyle markets.
