Account Manager


Responsibilities:

•Client Account Management: Oversee and manage the digital marketing strategies for various client accounts, ensuring campaign goals are met and clients’ satisfaction is achieved.
•Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative digital marketing strategies including PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
•Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing solutions that align with their business goals.
•Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize results and maximize ROI.
•Team Coordination: Work closely with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns with high quality.
•Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic advice to clients on current digital marketing trends and how to apply them to their campaigns.
•Budget Management: Collaborate with clients to define budgets and allocate them effectively across digital channels to achieve the best outcomes.
•Continuous Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and integrate them into campaign strategies.
 


Requirements:•At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing account management, preferably in agencies or marketing firms.
