- Responsible for managing insurance agents' team.
- Recruit, mentor and develop insurance agents and nurture them to reach their full potential.
- Set clear objectives and establish sales targets for the team.
- Achieve/Over- achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales progress and keep up to date with latest insurance regulations.
- Oversee all insurance sales, from initial contact to policy completion.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly/annually performance reviews for insurance agents.
- Prepare sales reports for senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.Fluent in English.Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in insurance industry is a must.Excellent communication and leadership skillsOrganizational and time-management skills.Decision-making skills.
