    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Market Research and Feedback:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer needs, potential improvements, and market developments.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on sales leads and close deals efficiently.

 

 


Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role.Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
